If you didn’t receive your purchase, your purchase arrives damaged, or what you received isn’t what was described by the seller, you may initiate a dispute. We will step in to help resolve the dispute as quickly and fairly as possible. If we decide in your favor, we will cancel the purchase and issue you a full refund.

Gather all of the clothes you no longer want, wash and dry them, then pack them up.
Send us your clothes
Purchase a clean out label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the post office.
